四川地区汉族成人超声胰腺体积的变化及其影响因素

The Change and the Influencing Factors of Adult Pancreatic Volume Measured by Ultrasound: A Study on the People of Han Nationality in Sichuan Province

摘要 目的:使用三维超声作为测量工具,了解四川地区汉族成人胰腺体积变化情况及影响因素。方法按不同年龄段分层,纳入41-50岁,51-60岁,61-70岁,71岁以上各50例,使用三维超声容积探头行全胰腺扫描,通过VO-CAL软件测量体积。结果三维超声测量平均胰腺体积为(45.79±13.53) cm^3;男性明显大于女性,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。成人40岁以后随着年龄的增加,胰腺体积逐渐缩小。相关分析显示,胰腺体积与BMI呈正相关关系(r=0.188,P〈0.05)。结论四川地区汉族成人胰腺在40岁以后逐渐萎缩,男性胰腺体积明显大于女性,胰腺体积随着体重指数的增加而增加。 Objective Using 3-dimensional ultrasound as a measurement tool to understand the change and the influencing factors of adult pancreatic volume( PV) of the Han Nationality people from Sichuan. Methods From 41 to 50 years, 51 to 60 years, 61 to 70 years and above 71 years, every group enrolled 50 persons were measured the PV by three-dimensional color ultrasonic diagnostic system,. The PV were calculated by VOCAL software. Results The mean PV measured by 3-dimensional ultrasound was 45. 79 ±13. 53cm^3. The PV of males were significantly bigger than females(P〈0. 05). The PV of adults gradually reduce with the age increasing after 40 years old. Correlation analysis showed that the PV were positive correlated with body mass index. (r=0. 188,P〈0. 05). Conclusion The PV of Han Nationality in Sichuan province people gradually atrophy after 40 years. The volume of male are larger than the female. The PV increases with body mass index.
