文章主要介绍了西门子MAXUMⅡ过程气相色谱仪在测量苯乙烯产品纯度中的应用;对取样与样品预处理系统、色谱柱系统、分析谱图与使用效果等进行了研究,提出了一些问题的解决办法,尤其是经多次研究、实验解决了检测器灭火问题,确保了仪表可靠运行。
The paper mainly introduces the application of MAXUM II Siemens process gas chromatograph in the measurement of the purity of styrene; sampling and sample pretreatment system, chromatograph column system, analysis of spectrum and using effect are illustrated, and puts forward the problems and corresponding solutions, especially after repeated research, experiment solves the problem of the detector, ensure the reliable operation of the instrument.
