摘要
徐州发电厂在4 号机组大修时进行了DCS(分散控制系统)、DEH(数字电液控制系统)、发电机增容及汽轮机通流部分等现代化改造,特别是汽轮机通流部分在国内首次采用日本三菱的反动式可控涡技术,使机组的经济性和安全性得到较大提高。通过对汽轮机通流部分改造过程介绍和改造后的经济性分析,提出进一步提高125 MW机组经济性的看法和建议。
Recently Xuzhou Power Plant carried out the updating-retrofitting of No.4 125 MW steam turbine-generator set during overhaul including updating of generator retrofitting of flow passages of steam turbine adopting DCS and DEH to adopt Japan s Mitsubishi reaction type controlled vortex technology in the retrofitting of flow passage part of steam turbine with the safety and economics of steam turbine greatly improved. This article introduces the retrofitting process the economics of retrofitted steam turbine and finally puts forward the views and proposals for further improving the economics of 125 MW unit.
