摘要 该文针对某空心板桥火灾后的技术状况进行了现场检测与损伤评估,研究探讨了火灾对中小跨径空心板桥结构性能的影响。在现场检测桥跨结构火灾后损伤分布及结构表面火灾温度判断的基础上,通过墩柱及盖梁的混凝土强度测试、空心板梁的上拱度测试、支座检查,以及结构内部钢筋性能试验,对桥梁结构受损程度进行综合评定。从而了解火灾后桥跨结构的损伤分布情况,掌握包括板梁、盖梁、墩柱、支座等各结构部件在火灾后的实际技术状况。进而为跨线桥的加固设计和养护管理提供技术依据。 According to the field inspection and damage estimation of a hollow plate bridge after fire, the article studies and discusses the influence of fire on the structure properties of small-span and middle-span hollow plate bridges. On the basis of the field inspection of the fired damage distribution of span structure and the judgement of fire temperature of structure surface, the article comprehensively evaluates the damage level of bridge structure by the concrete strength test of pier column and capping beam, the camber test of hollow plate beam, the bearing examination and the structural inner steel reinforcement property test so as to understand the damage distribution of fired span structure, and to master the practical technical condition of every structure including the plate beam, capping beam, pier column and bearing after fire, which can be referred for the reinforcement, design, maintenance and management of overpass bridge.
