摘要
对Kevlar-49、Armos和国产芳纶Ⅲ高性能芳纶进行力学性能和复合材料界面性能分析,并结合纤维表面形貌分析探讨了这几种芳纶及其复合材料的性能以及影响因素。结果表明,在对位芳纶高分子链上引入杂环结构,可以极大的提高芳纶的力学性能,从而提高其复合材料性能;同时芳纶表面形貌也对其复合材料性能造成影响。
Kevlar-49, Armos, and domestic aramid III are three typical high-performance fibers, which are widely used in manufacture of composite materials. The mechanical properties, interlaminar shear strengths and surface morphologies of the fibers and its composites were characterized in detail based on the corresponding testing standards and analyzed comparatively. The results showed the introduction of heterocyclic units into the wholly para-aromatic polyamide backbone improved the mechanical properties significantly, thus affecting the properties of composite materials. Meanwhile, the composite properties were impacted by the surface morphology of fiber. The experimental results have guiding value for the application of composite materials.
