摘要
朱震亨在《丹溪心法》中提出"气有余便是火"的理论与临床联系甚为密切,但后世对此理论的含义颇具争议。鉴于这些争议,本文分别从理论背景、"气""火"之辨、辨证治疗等方面进行了系统探析。
The theory of ＂excessive qi generating fire＂ has a great influence on clinical,but which also has caused great controversy. The paper analysises the theory of ＂excessive qi generating fire＂ systematically from theoretical background, qi and fire differentiation, syndrome differentiation and treatment which divided the excessive qi into yang qi, six exogenous pathogenic factors, disorder qi, and divided corresponding fire into deficiency fire, excess fire, fire of six exogenous pathogenic factors , abnormal fire, et al. and treatment the corresponding diseases based on syndrome differentiation. The purpose of this paper is to hope to clear the original and hope the clinical doctors to understand the theory and use in in clinical better.
