摘要
采用程序升温气相色谱法测定山胡椒油中柠檬醛的含量。实验结果表明:采用程序升温测定柠檬醛,分离效果好,标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9995,检出限为0.47mg,/L;通过做3个不同添加量的样品加标回收实验,柠檬醛测定的回收率分别为90.8%、92.7%和94.0%,相对标准偏差分别为3.0%、1.7%和1.2%;对13组样品进行测定,柠檬醛含量在74.2%~88.8%,相对标准偏差为0.82%-4.90%。根据实验结果,该方法对山胡椒油中柠檬醛含量的测定具有较好的准确度和精密度。
Content of citral in Litsea cubeba oil was separated by programmed temperature gas chromatography. The linear correlation coefficient was 0. 9995 and the Limits of detection was 0.47mg/L. The recoveries obtained from samples spiked with standards at the three different level were 90. 8%, 92.7% and 94.0%, respectively. The relative standard deviations were 3.0%, 1.7% and 1.2%. Citral content in thirteen samples were in the range of 74. 2% - 88. 8%, and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 0.82% - 4.90%. The method had good accuracy and precision.
