摘要
[目的]分析《沈氏女科辑要》的医案、医论,探讨清季民初中医妇科的学术发展。[方法]通过综合分析的文献研究方法,归纳总结《沈氏女科辑要笺正》证治经、带、胎、产等中医妇科疾患的学术思想。[结果]沈尧封所著《沈氏女科辑要》,经王孟英按语、张山雷笺疏,遂成《沈氏女科辑要笺正》。它对血崩的治法、带下的病机、妊娠卒倒及肿胀的病因、小柴胡汤通治热入血室等女科证治问题论述详细。《沈氏女科辑要笺正》临床价值较高,体现出清季民初中医妇科的发展。[结论]《沈氏女科辑要》证治疾病灵活变通、补偏救弊,对于当今中医妇科的诊疗施治,具有重要的指导意义。
[Objective] To analyse the consilia and medical knowledge of ShenShi NiiKe JiYao,in order to discuss the development of TCM gynecology in Qing dynasty and early Republic of China.[Methods] Through comprehensive analysis of the literature research methods,the paper summarized ShenShi NüKe JiYao JianZheng＇s academic thoughts of TCM gynecological treatment.[Results] ShenShi NüKe JiYao was written by Shen Yaofeng.after noted by Wang Mengying and remarked by Zhang Shanlei,the works became ShenShi NüKe JiYao JianZheng.According to the clinical experience of the book,it was used to explore treatment of metrorrhagia,pathogenesis of morbid leukorrhea,stroke of pregnancy,causes of swelling,and so on.ShenShi NüKe JiYao JianZheng had high clinical value,reflectd the development of TCM gynecology in Qing dynasty and early Republic of China.[Conclusion] Treatment of disease in ShenShi NüKe JiYao JianZheng,is flexible to remedy defects and rectify errors,which for diagnosis and treatment of TCM gynecology in today,has important guiding significance.
