风荷载效应作用下大矢跨比钢箱拱肋吊装过程稳定性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以伊克昭大桥大矢跨比钢箱拱肋吊装为工程背景,对1/2拱肋单吊点起吊方案吊点位置选取进行了对比分析,提出了较合理的单吊点位置方案;同时,针对不同的风荷载工况,对1/2拱肋起吊过程中拱肋的整体稳定性进行了有限元分析,结论表明:风速越大,拱肋整体稳定安全系数越小;随着风速增加,拱肋非线性特征逐渐明显,当风速达到一定数值时,拱肋将发生不同形式的失稳破坏.横向风荷载作用时,拱肋失稳以弯剪耦合为主;纵向风荷载作用下,拱肋失稳以弯扭耦合为主. Based on the hoisting process of big rise-span ratio steel box arch rib of Yike Zhao bridge,comparison and analysis have been done for 1/2 single arch rib hoisting lifting scheme selection of hoisting position and a more reasonable single hanging point scheme is put forward.At the same time,according to different load condi-tions,the finite element analysis has been made for the overall stability of 1/2 arch rib in the lifting process.Re-sults show that the greater the wind speed,the smaller the overall stability safety factor of the arch rib.As the wind speed increases,nonlinear characteristics of arch rib becomes obvious;when the wind speed reaches a cer-tain value,instability failure of arch rib will occur in different forms.under lateral wind loads,curved scissors coupling plays a dominant role in arch rib instability;under vertical wind loads,bending tensional coupling plays a dominant role in arch rib instability.
