渣油气化工艺流程模拟与优化

摘要 利用工艺流程模拟软件Pro II对国内某厂的渣油气化工艺进行模拟,将渣油气化过程分解为燃烧反应区和二次反应区,建立渣油气化过程的热力学反应模型,模拟计算结果并与设计值、生产测量值相比,误差在可接受的正常范围内,说明本模型可用于渣油气化模拟。使用本模型通过模拟计算考察渣油气化工艺中氧油比、蒸汽油比对气化温度、粗煤气组成的影响,给出优化后的建议操作参数。 In this paper,using process simulation software Pro II to simulate the residual oil gasification process and to classify the residual oil gasification process into combustion reaction zone and the secondary reaction zone,establishing the thermodynamic reaction model for residual oil gasification process,and comparing the simulation results with the design values??and the measured values ?? of production to show the error within the normal acceptable range,which indicates the simulation model can be used for the residual oil gasification. By the use of this model for simulation calculation,this paper investigates the impact of oxygen oil ratio and steam oil ratio on the gasification temperature and the composition of the crude gas,and also gives the recommended operating parameters after optimization.
