摘要
目的了解城市基层医疗机构消毒管理与消毒灭菌质量状况，以便加强消毒管理。方法通过现场调查和问卷调查方法，对本市部分基层医疗机构消毒管理与消毒灭菌质量状况进行调查与分析。结果调查的130家城市基层医疗单位，平均营业面积为35．5m^2有60．5％单位只有1～2名职工。拥有压力蒸汽灭菌器单位仅占17．1％，仅有16．2％的单位建立完善的医院感染管理制度。共采集各种消毒对象标本2583份，总平均合格率为80．1％；其中以室内空气合格率最低，仅为13．9％；无菌器械质量监测合格率为84．4％。结论该城市基层医疗机构软硬件建设不到位，医务人员缺乏，消毒工作有待加强，监管部门应加大监管力度。
Objective To learn disinfection management and quality of basic level medical institutions in city, in order to strengthen the management of disinfection, nethods Field investigation and questionnaire survey were used to investigate and analyze the disinfection management and the disinfection quality status of part of basic level medical institutions in this city. Results 130 basic level medical units in city were surveyed . The average business area was 35. 5 m^2, only 60. 5% of them had 1 -2 employees. Only 17.1% of the units had the pressure steam sterilizers, moreover only 16.2% of them established perfect management system of hospital infection. 2 583 disinfection samples were collected, the total average pass rate was 80. 1%. The qualified rate of indoor air was the lowest, it was only 13.9%. The sterile equipment quality monitoring eligible rate was 84.4%. Conclusion The software and hardware construction of basic level medical institu- tions in the city is not qualified. The disinfection measures and the supervision departments should be strengthened .
