陶瓷轴承具有高速、长寿命、低发热、低热膨胀和较好的抗冲击性能等特点 ,应用十分广泛。氮化硅以其低密度、中等弹性模量、低热膨胀系数和优良的内在化学特性成为目前最适合制造滚动轴承的陶瓷材料。介绍了氮化硅球的加工工艺过程。附表 5个。
