摘要
分析了 3维虚拟设计环境下的机械产品概念设计的特点 ,给出了基于定向发散创新设计方法的概念设计定义。将概念设计划分为 2个基本部分 :含光、机、电、液广义传动机构的 3维虚拟设计和广义传动机构载体的工业美学设计。 3维虚拟设计环境下的概念设计方案是完成了原理方案设计和构型设计的设计方案 ,是一种能够满足市场需求的 3维虚拟样机。面向对象、方案评价与修改的实时性、3维虚拟性和定向发散性是该概念设计的主要特点。
After analyzing the characteristics of mechanical product conceptual design under 3D virtual circumstance, the definition of the conceptual design, which is based on regeneration-oriented creative design technique, is presented. In the definition, the conceptual design is divided into two parts: 3D virtual design of general transmission mechanism including optical, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic mechanism, and industrial art design of the supporter of generalized transmission mechanism. The conceptual design results under 3D virtual design circumstance are a kind of virtual solid prototype which can meet the need of market requirements. In the prototype, both the theoretical scheme design and configuration design are figured out. Object oriented real-time scheme estimation and modification, three dimensional virtualization, and directive divergence are the main characteristics of the conceptual design.
