摘要
旧城区历史地段是城市文化环境的重要组成部分，蕴含着失之不可再得的文化信息资源，我们必须审慎地发掘和利用，树立全面的长远的效益观；实现城市的可持续发展。文章结合汉口中山大道改造，阐述了真改造的意义和存在的问题。
Historic sector in a city is an important component of the urban cultural environment and it has accumulated great r e s o u r c e s o f c u I t u r a I information which may not be recovered once it has been lost. Therefore we should be very cautious while making a development and an use of the historic sector and should set up o concept for a long-term and comprehensive efficiency, so as to realize the sustainable urban development, In this article, the significance and issues of r e c o n s t r u c t i o n and renovation of Zhongshan Dadao(Avenue) In Hankou been discussed.
