摘要
梯级水电站通过调度系统主备调构架可以提升灾备能力,提高系统可靠性,保证数据安全以及实现负载均衡。对水库调度系统主备调构架的实施意义、影响因素、实施方式进行了分析和探讨,并对实施过程中有关主备调方式选择、实施步骤、关键技术选择等问题提出了自己的看法。
With implementation of the main/standby dispatching framework in the reservoir dispatching system for cas-cade hydropower stations , the ability for disaster preparation is improved;reliability of the system is increased;the secu-rity of data is ensured;and a balanced load can be achieved .In this paper , discussions are made on the significance , the influencing factors and implementation details of the main/standby dispatching framework in reservoir dispatching system.Recommendations are then given on the selection of main/standby dispatching method , implementation proce-dures and some key technologies .
