摘要
对乳品供应链的集成能力进行了研究,建立了乳品物流集成度测度体系,运用模糊积分方法定量的计算出系统的物流集成度,来判断乳品物流的集成程度。同时,运用数据包络分析方法对乳品供应链物流能力进行了评价,找出了非有效的供应链在集成物流能力方面与其他供应链的差距,得到乳品供应链集成能力强弱的相关信息,能够帮助乳品供应链管理者定位集成能力薄弱的供应链,以采取相应措施。
This paper studies the integration capability of dairy supply chains. It judges the degree of integration of dairy logistics by setting up a dairy logistics integration measurement system and using the fuzzy integral method to quantitatively calculate the system integration of logistics. Meanwhile, it uses the method of data envelopment analysis to evaluate the logistics capability of dairy supply chains and find the gap between ineffective supply chains and other supply chains in integrated logistics capability, based on which relevant information about strong or weak integration capability of dairy supply chains is obtained, which can help dairy supply chain managers position those supply chains of weak integration capability and take corresponding measures.
