摘要
快开式压力容器在化工、医药和航天等领域得到了广泛应用。本文分别采用JIS B 8284—2003和GB 150—2011设计标准,对卡箍快开式压力容器进行了设计研究。在原始设计参数相同、材料相同和各结构尺寸大致相同的情况下,对计算结果进行了对比分析,找出了卡箍快开式压力容器的危险截面,并对其应力进行比较。结果表明,采用GB 150—2011的应力计算值大于采用JIS B 8284—2003的计算结果。将各危险截面的应力与设计标准的许用应力相比较:JIS B 8284—2003中,a-a环向截面的应力仅达到了17.8%,b-b环向截面的应力仅达到了20.84%;而GB 150—2011中,2个截面分别达到了96.9%和87.43%。
Quick switch cover pressure vessels are widely used in the chemical,pharmaceutical,aerospace and other fields.The paper respectively used JIS B8284-2003 design standards and GB 150-2011 design guidelines as clamp-on-pressure vessel design research.Under the situation of the same original design parameters,the same material,the same structure size,analysis and comparison of the calculation results were down.Find out the clip to operate the type pressure vessel quickly the dangerous section,compared with the dangerous section stress,the result indicated that the GB 150-2011 design criterion design value is bigger than JIS B8284-2003 design standard design value.Stress to the dangerous sections and design standards compared to the allowable stress,JIS B8284-2003 standard a-a stress of circular cross section has only reached 17.8%,b-b stress of circular cross section of 20.84%.In the GB 150 standard,two sections have respectively achieved 96.9%.and 87.43%.
