摘要
随着航空产品数字化制造技术的不断深入,传统钳工加工螺纹的方法效率低、工艺不稳定,为此对小螺纹(M3以下的螺纹)和ST螺纹(安装钢丝螺套的螺纹)进行了数控加工研究,通过对M2.5、ST3、ST5、ST6和ST8螺纹的数控加工试验,确定了小螺纹及ST螺纹的加工方式和刀具的选择,保证了零件加工质量的稳定性和一致性,极大地提高了生产效率。试验中采取循序渐进的方法,得出了一些经验和结论,为小螺纹和ST螺纹的数控加工这一难题提供了参考。
With the development of digital manufacturing technology for aerospace products constantly,the traditional methods of benching thread are low efficiency,unstable process,the small thread and ST thread.Through the research of CNC machining,the NC machining experiment of M2.5,ST3,ST5,ST6 and ST8 thread,the thread and ST thread processing small method and tool selection,ensured the stability of the machining quality and consistency,greatly enhanced the production efficiency.A step-by-step approach to testing,experience and draw some conclusions,NC machining of small thread and ST thread plays a guiding role,it provided reference for solving the problem of small thread and ST thread processing.
