摘要
现代医疗实践的社会争论是学界的重要论题之一。本文以国内外有影响的儿童疫苗接种争论为个案,力图从争论主题、争论主体、传媒话语、以及结束机制等四个方面透视现代医疗实践的社会争论的复杂特征,呈现群体利益与个体权利、长远目标与短期目标之间的冲突,折射医学与公众、科学技术与社会之间的多样关系。
The social controversy of modern medical practice is one of the important topics inthe aca demic circle. This paper selects some influentialchildren vaccination cases, and seeks to explore some complicated characteristics of the social controversy of modern medical practice through four as pects： the topics of the controversy, the subjects of the controversy, the discourse of the media, and the ending mechanism, in order to provide a reference to understand and deal with the social contro versy of modern medical practice for us.
