摘要
目的：探讨压疮患者的预防和护理方法,进一步提高临床护理质量。方法：对2010年~2013年西藏民族学院附属医院收治的11例压疮患者的护理过程进行分析。结果：定时翻身减压、保持床铺的平整和皮肤的干燥清洁、进行局部皮肤按摩、使用压疮防治气垫床、伤口处涂抹康复新液等方法对压疮患者的病情有明显疗效。结论：压疮的护理应以预防为主,勤观察、勤翻身、了解患者病情并保持良好的护患沟通是压疮病人减少感染等并发症发生的有效途径。
In the present paper, some important points of the prevention of pressure ulcers and nursing the pa-tients with pressure ulcers were discussed by analyzing experience of nursing process of 11 cases of patients withpressure ulcers treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Tibet University for Nationalities from year 2010 to 2013.The results showed that Regular turning, remaining flat beds, maintaining the damaged skin dry and clean, gen-tly massaging injured skin and using air cushion, and smearing the new rehabilitation liquid on wounds have asignificant effect on condition of patients with pressure ulcers. It can be concluded that the nursing of patientswith pressure ulcers relies primarily on preventive measures, and tracking the pressure ulcer’s progress, turningover the patients constantly, understanding the patient’s condition and maintaining a good nurse-patient commu-nication are also an effective way to reduce infection in patients with pressure ulcers.
