摘要
近些年来职业院校规模的迅速扩张,特别是社会对技能人才要求的变化和学生整体素质的现状等新情况,给高职院校学生教育管理提出了更高的要求。那么,如何适应新形势的要求,提高高职院校学生教育管理水平呢?本文从树立民主管理理念、完善管理制度、加强校风建设等方面对此问题进行了探究。
In recent years, with the rapid expansion of vocational colleges, especially the emergence of new situations such as the social changes of requirements for technical talents and the cur-rent situation of students＇ overall quality, higher requirements have been put forward for the educaiton and management of higher vocational college students. Therefore, how to adapt to the requirements of the new situation and improve the education and management of higher vocational college students have become important issues. This paper explored from establishing the idea of domestic management, perfecting system management and en-hancing college atmosphere construction.
