摘要
人的本质是一切社会关系的总和。每个生命个体都不可避免地要与他人以及社会产生各种关系,幼儿也不例外。幼儿期是一个"社会人"的起步阶段,幼儿从一个"人人为我"的家庭小环境,进入一个多角度、多层次的社会大环境,对于幼儿来说是新奇、陌生的,只有通过自主的交往才能帮助孩子积累认知经验,逐渐融入大环境,逐步成为"社会人",促使其社会性得到发展。然而幼儿处在人生的初级阶段,其认知、心理尚不成熟,且现在的孩子大都是独生子女,家长对幼儿保护过度,因此幼儿缺乏自立能力,缺少与他人以及社会交往的经验。在幼儿园常会发现孩子因交往能力差不愿上幼儿园:"妈妈,我们班小朋友不跟我玩。"还有小朋友说:"我们班某某小朋友欺负我。"孩子之间因争抢玩具发生打斗现象,受害一方家长不是手足无措就是找老师、家长理论。幼儿园就是一个小社会,每一班就是一个小团体。
Human nature is the sum of all social relations. Each individual life will inevitably develop a variety of relationships with others and society, including young children. Early child-hood is the starting stage of a"social person", in which the child enter a multi-angle, multi-level, fantastic and strange social en-vironment from an "all for me" family environment, and only through autonomous communication can the child accumulate cognitive experience, gradually integrate into the environment and become a "social person", and develop his or her sociality. However, children are in the early stage of life, with immature cognitive and psychological development, and now children are mostly from one-child families in which they are overprotected, so children lack self-reliance and experience of communicating with others and society. In kindergarten it is often found that children are reluctant because of their communicative abilities, and some may say,"Mum, my classmates refused to play with me""A classmate bullied me". When two children fight for toys, the par-ents of the disadvantaged will be at a loss what to do or argue with teachers or the parents of the other side. The kindergarten is a small society, while each class is a small community.
