摘要
随着食品工业的快速发展,社会对食品专业的人才培养提出了更高的要求,因此有必要对食品科学与工程专业的课程体系进行探索和改革。本文详细介绍了我校对食品科学与工程专业课程体系的探索与实践,旨在为高素质应用型人才的培养提供一定的保障。
With the rapid development of the food industry, high-er social demands are proposed for the cultivation of talents ma-joring in food science and technology, therefore, it is necessary to implement explorations and reforms on the curriculum system for the food science and engineering major. This paper specified the exploration and practice of the curriculum system for the food science and engineering major in our university, aiming to pro-vide certain guarantee for the cultivation of high-quality applied talents.
