摘要
目的：观察和分析不同根治药物治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的临床效果．方法：选择我院2011-01／2012-03收治的100例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，每组50例，对照组患儿采用氢氧化钙治疗，观察组患儿采用Metapex注射型根管糊剂治疗，比较两组患儿的临床效果．结果：治疗结束后，观察组患儿的总有效率为94．0％，对照组患儿的总有效率为70．0％，两组数据差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）．结论：Metapex注射型根管糊剂治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎具有较好的临床疗效，对改善患儿的临床症状，提高患儿的生活质量具有重要意义，值得推广．
AIM： To observe and analyze the clinical effect of different radical drugs for the treatment of deciduous teeth with chronic apical periarthritis. METHODS： One hundred cases with chronic apical periarthritis in deciduous teeth, admitted to our hospital between January 2011 and March 2012, were enrolled in this study. All selected patients were divided randomly into observation group and control group, each group with fifty cases in it. To compare the clinical effect of control group, children under calcium hydroxide treatment, and observation group, children with Metapex injection paste root canal treatment. RESULTS： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.0%, which of control group was 70.0%. Statistically significant difference was found in these two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CONCLUSION： Metapex injection paste root canal treatment has good clinical effect in curing deciduous teeth with chronic apical periarthritis. Its great significance in improving patient＇s clinical symptoms and life quality makes it worth encouraging in clinical practice.
