摘要
指出了当前,环境保护已成为重要的社会问题、民生问题、政治问题,当前的环境监管能力也已经逐渐不能满足日益增加的环保工作的需要。随着环境信息化与环境管理业务结合日益紧密、应用深度不断增加和应用范围不断扩大,综合运用数字挖掘、模型技术、人工智能等先进技术实现智慧型的环保决策成为迫切需求。
As the problem of environmental protection has become an important social and political issue, the current environmental monitoring capacity cannot satisfy the needs of the increasing work of environmental protection. Today, the environmental information technology and the environmental management business have connected closely with increasing application depth and scope, therefore, it is urgent to use advanced technologies such as digital mining, model technology, artificial intelligence and so on to achieve intelligent environmental protection decisions.
