LED脉冲电流驱动与发光效率的研究

摘要 通过实验对LED脉冲电流驱动与发光效率之间的关系进行了研究,得出了脉冲电流的幅度、占空比、频率、波形形式对LED发光效率产生的影响。高峰值低占空比的脉冲电流对LED的发光效率的影响较为明显;驱动频率在200~2000Hz范围内的脉冲电流可以使LED有相对较高的发光效率;额定峰值低占空比的脉冲电流,可使LED的发光效率得到一定的提高;脉冲电流的纹波系数越小,LED的发光效率越高;相比较三角波、正弦波、方波三种脉冲波形,三角波驱动发光效率较高。 This thesis demonstrates that the amplitude, duty ratio, frequency and waveform of pulse will affect LED luminous efficacy, through research and experiment on the relationship between pulse current drivers and luminous efficacy of white LEDs. The luminous efficacy of LED will be more strongly affected when pulse current is high peak with low duty ratio. LED has relatively higher luminous efficacy when the pulse frequency in the range of 200 ~ 2000Hz. LED luminous efficacy will be improved certainly when pulse is rated peak with low duty ratio. The smaller the pulse ripple factor, the higher the LED luminous efficacy is. Compared to triangular wave, sine wave, square wave of pulse waveform, pulse of the triangular wave will produce higher luminous efficacy.
