摘要 分析总结了国内外关于昼夜节律生理机制的最新研究动态。以昼夜节律生理机制为切入点,针对影响昼夜节律的不同因素进行了综合论述。特别在昼夜节律与光照刺激的相互关系方面,分别对光照刺激强度、时刻、非视觉通路的作用光谱与昼夜节律相位的关系进行了深入阐述。此外,还探讨了自然光季节变动以及极地地区季节变动与昼夜节律之间的关系。最后,通过介绍泛素化修饰酶FBXL21在细胞昼夜节律中的作用,总结了关于分子层面昼夜节律研究的国际最新动态。 Analysis of the latest research on circadian rhythm physiological mechanism domestic and overseas is summarized in this paper. Using physiological mechanism as breakthrough point, this paper comprehensively discourses upon different influencing factors of circadian rhythm. Especially in the aspect of the relationship between circadian rhythm and light stimulation, thorough elaboration is given respectively on light stimulation intensity, time, the relation of non-visual forming system action spectrum and circadian phase. In addition, this article also explores the relationship between seasonal changes of natural light including the Polar Regions and the circadian rhythm. Eventually, this paper summarizes the latest international research on molecular circadian rhythm, through the introduction of FBXL21 role in cellular circadian rhythm.
