摘要
习近平总书记在同团中央新一届领导班子成员集体谈话时强调,推动共青团事业不断开创新局面,关键在团干部。[1]高校共青团干部是推动共青团事业的核心力量,是共青团团结、教育、动员和带领高校青年的骨干力量。在新的历史时期高校共青团干部要适应新形势,具备新能力。本文提出高校共青团干部应具备的工作能力,之后重点阐述高校共青团干部提高工作能力的有效途径。
General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the col-lective talk with the new leadership team members that the key to continuously establish new situations for the Communist Youth League cause is the League cadres. University Communist Youth League cadres are the core force of promoting the Communist Youth League cause, as well as the backbone force of uniting, e-ducating, mobilizing and leading the university youth. In the new historical period, university Communist Youth League cadres should adapt to the new situation and possess new abilities. This paper proposed the necessary working abilities of university Communist Youth League cadres, and then focused on the effec-tive ways of improving the abilities.
