摘要
黄土抵御自然灾害的能力较低以及水土流失、土壤侵蚀等自然灾害比较频繁和严重。为此我们在施工的同时必须做好环保工作,采取"边施工边保护"的策略,以免对环境产生更大的损害。
The lower ability of loess to withstand natural disasters, water and soil loss, soil erosion and other natural disasters become more frequent and severe. For this we must do well the environmental protection work in the simuhaneous construction, take the ＂combination of construction and protection＂ strategy, in order to avoid greater damage to the environment.
