摘要
目的:探讨慢性精神分裂症患者照顾者的负担及其影响因素,以便更有效开展护理服务工作。方法:采用一般资料调查表、Zarit负担量表(ZBI)和抑郁自评量表(SDS),调查100例患者和照顾者。结果:患者的婚姻状况是照顾者负担的影响因素(t=4.107,P=0.019);患者的工作情况和经济状况对照顾者SDS得分有影响(分别为t=3.851,P=0.025;t=2.701,P=0.035),具有统计学意义。照顾者负担平均(37.36±14.37)分,91%的照顾者存在负担,轻度54%、中度28%、重度9%。照顾者SDS平均(40.94±6.07)分,66%的照顾者可能存在不同程度的抑郁情绪,轻度53%、中度12%、重度1%。ZBI总表负担和SDS得分之间未见相关性(r=0.03,P=0.808)。结论:慢性精神分裂症患者的人口学特征对照顾者负担和情绪有影响,照顾者普遍有照顾负担、其情绪现状需加以关注,应采取有效的干预措施。
Objective：To explore caregiver′s burden of patients with chronic schizophrenia and it′s influencing factors so as to develop nursing service. Methods：One hundred patients with chronic schizophrenia and their caregivers were assessed by self-edited information questionnaire,Zarit burden scale（ZBI）and self-rating depression scale（SDS）. Results：Marital status of the patients influenced the caregiver′s burden（t=4. 107,P=0. 019）. The patient′s work and economic conditions affected the caregivers′ SDS score （t=3. 851,2. 701;P=0. 025,0. 035,respectively）,and there were statistical significance. The average score of the caregiver′s burden was 37. 36 ± 14. 37,and 91% of caregivers had burden,wherein 54% was mild,28% was moderate,and 9% was severe. The mean score of caregivers′ SDS was 40. 94±6. 07,and 66% might have depressive mood,53% were mild,12% were moderate,and 1% were severe. There was no significant correlation between the total scores of ZBI and SDS（r = 0. 03,P = 0. 808）. Conclusions：The demographic characteristics of the patients with chronic schizophrenia have some influences on the caregiver′s burden and emotion. It needs to be concerned and take effective interventions to the caregiver′s burden and their emotional status.
