摘要
分析了当前广西农村供水工程建设管理过程中普遍存在的问题;借鉴各地的典型做法,从项目规划、前期工作、投资筹措、水价管理、机构建设、电力安装等方面探讨解决问题的思路和对策。
Since 2005, water-supply project has been constructed vigorously in rural area of Guangxi.This paper analyzes the common problems currently existing in construction and management process of rural water-supply project in Guangxi. Drawing on the typical experience and practice of some areas, the paper discusses resolving thoughts and countermeasures, from project planning,preliminary work,investment financing, water-price management, institution building, electrical installation and other aspects. It has something referential value for the promotion of rural water-supply project to establish a long-term operating mechanism.
