摘要
实验上采用可选纵模的 TEA- CO2 激光器作泵浦源 ,用 CO2 - 9R(16 )线泵浦小型腔式 NH3远红外激光器 ,在单、双纵模泵浦条件下均获得波长为 90 .4μm的远红外谱线。对单、双纵模腔式光泵远红外激光的输出特性和工作气压作了实验比较研究 ,发现双纵模腔式光泵远红外激光可获得更强的远红外输出 ,具有较低的最佳工作气压值 ,并可在较宽的气压范围内工作。
Experimentally,a longitudinal mode selected TEA-CO 2 laser was used to be a pumping source and the CO 2-9R(16) line was used to pump a mini-NH 3 cavity OPFIRL,the NH 3 90.4 μm FIR line was obtained by single-longitudinal-mode or two-longitudinal-mode pumping,and experimental comparison of output and operating gas pressure between single and two-longitudinal-mode OPFIRL were studied.It was found that the two-longitudinal-mode OPFIRL could get higher output power and broader spectrum,existed a lower operating gas pressure and wider range of operating gas pressure.
