摘要
从目前顺德区中小微企业面临的挑战入手,分析市场化条件下外贸培训的现状,指出不足之处,通过系统的分析,最终构筑以培训体系化为目标,以政府为主导、行业为引导、企业为主体、地方高职院校为依托的外贸培训体系,即"政、校、行、企"联动模式外贸培训体系,以期推动外贸培训的发展,提高人才的水平素质,从而促进中小微外贸企业的发展。
In this paper, the challenges faced by the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises are introduced, followed by the detailed analysis of current international trade training under market economy conditions. Problems are pointed out together with the proposal of building international trade training system under the mechanism of ＂government, school, industry association, and enterprise＂ four party interaction so as to promote the development of the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
