摘要
采用传统方法测试薄层隔热涂料导热系数时,制样过程繁琐,试板厚度均匀性及表面质量难以控制,导致测试结果具有不确定性。在此情况下,提出了间接测试方法。选择一种导热系数恒定,且表面致密、无孔的主材,在主材的两表面涂覆一定厚度的待测涂层形成复合材料,根据传热学原理推导出待测涂层导热系数的计算公式。通过测试复合材料的导热系数,进而间接得到待测涂层的导热系数。对间接法测试的准确性进行了验证,结果表明,间接测试方法制样简单,测量误差小,其可以成为隔热涂料等其它制样比较复杂的绝热产品导热系数测试的新方法。
When we use the traditional method to measure the thermal conductivity of thin layer of insulation coatings,there are several problems,such as sample preparation cycle long, uneven thickness and many surface defects of test plate,which will directly af- fect the test results. Based on this, the study proposed an indirect test method. We attached the thin layer to another thermal conduc- tivity known main materials to form a composite material, the main material should have dense,nonporous surfaces and constant thermal conductivity. And based on the classical heat transfer theory, we conducted a theoretical analysis of the calculation of the measured thermal conductivity of the coating. By measuring the thermal conductivity of the composite material,we can determinate the thermal conductivity of the coating indirectly. In the study, we use a variety of ways to verify the accuracy of this kind of indirect method. The results show that indirect test method is simple sample preparation,while measurement error is also small. It can be a kind of new method for determination of thermal conductivity of insulation coating and other more complex system of insulation products.
