摘要
从网络故障的定义入手 ,分析了网络故障的原因和激励、特征和分类 ,提出了网络故障的测度框架 .这个测度框架突出了测度的实用性 。
Based on the definition of network outage, this paper analyses the causes, which result in network outage, and its propagation mechanism. Then, the characteristics of network outage and its classification are. Finally, provided a framework of outage measurement for telecommunications network is proposed. This new framework should be practical, which need verifying in the network operation.
