摘要
目的综合分析利培酮所致不良反应的临床特征。方法对2000～2012年国内文献中有关利培酮所致不良反应的病例报道122篇涉及153例患者进行汇总分析。结果利培酮所致不良反应主要累及的系统一器官为中枢及外周神经系统，不良反应的发生与患者的个体差异有关。结论利培酮用药时应注意给药速度不宜过快，遵循个体化原则，关注患者的身体状况。
Objective To study the clinical features of adverse reaction induced by risperidone. Methods 122 case reportsof adverse drug reaction due to risperidone from 2000 to 2012 in China were collected and analyzed, which involved153 patients. Results The adverse reactions of risperidone were correlated with individual differences, which mainlyoccurred in central and peripheral nervous system. Conclusion Pay attention to physical status of patients when userisperidone,slowly increase the dose and comply with the individualized principle.
