摘要 为研究细胞融合剂聚乙二醇 (PEG)对细胞培养法检测沙眼衣原体的作用 ,以Hela - 2 2 9细胞为靶细胞在生长液中含 /不含PEG的情况下同时检测了 170例有性乱史患者的沙眼衣原体感染情况。结果表明生长液中的PEG可明显提高沙眼衣原体的检出率 :含 7%PEG的生长液检出率为 44 / 170 ;常规培养法检出率为 32 / 170。 To explore the effect of polyethylene glycol on detection of chlamydia trachomatis infection with cell culture,one hundred and seventy urethral and endocervical swabs were processed for isolation of Chlamydia trachomatis,using Hela-229 cells on microplate.In the presence and absence of 7% PEG in the Chlamydial overlay medium.The results showed that positive rate(44/170) was significant higher in the presence of PEG than (32/170) in the absence of PEG.
