摘要
水样的色度和浊度会影响纳氏试剂分光光度法测定氨氮指标的准确性,絮凝或蒸馏预处理方法虽能排除干扰但却使检测工作变得更繁琐。文章通过实验研究了水样色度和浊度对测定结果的影响,并提出了针对低色度、低浊度水样氨氮测定的改良纳氏试剂分光光度法。
The chroma and turbidity can affect the accuracy of measuring the ammonia nitrogen through Nessler’s reagent spec-trophotometry. Although the flocculation or distillation pretreatment method can be used to eliminate the interference, the mea-suring work becomes much complicated. This paper puts forward an improved method about Nessler’s reagent spectrophotome-try through the research on the effect of the low chroma and low turbidity on the measuring results.
