摘要
目的:观察分析腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢癌的效果,探讨在围手术期实施综合护理干预对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取卵巢癌手术患者共120例,随机将患者分为观察组和对照组两组,其中观察组60例,对照组60例。结果:观察组患者QLQ-C30的5项功能评分均明显要高于对照组患者。结论:在腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢癌的围手术期实施护理干预能够有效提高患者的生活质量,使得患者术后能够取得更好的预后效果。
Objective To analyze the influence of quality of life of patients with ovarian cancer treated by comprehensive nursing inter-vention in perioperative period after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 120 cases of ovarian cancer in the people′s hospital of our city were divided into observation group with 60 cases and control group with 60 cases. Results 5 function scores of QLQ - C30 in observation group were obviously higher than control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period after laparoscopic surgery for patients with ovarian cancer could improve the quality of life effectively. It could make patients get better prognosis effect after surgery.
