摘要
鉴于我国当前应急物流系统机制方面的欠缺和应急物流相关法律法规方面的不完善,主要通过对美日两国应急物流法律保障机制的分析,得出两国应急物流法律保障系统在法律制度、标准化立法以及补偿机制等方面对完善我国应急物流法律体系的启示。
In this paper, in view of the deficiency in the emergency logistics system of China and the inadequacy in the legal and regulatory construction concerning emergency response logistics, we analyzed the legal support mechanism of the emergency logistics system of America and Japan and at the end, discussed what we could learn from them.
