HIF-1在食管癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子-1(hypoxia inducible factor-1,HIF-1)与食管癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测82份食管癌组织与相应癌旁组织(距离病灶5cm)中HIF-1的表达情况,随后分析其与食管鳞癌患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。结果癌组织、癌旁组织中HIF-1过表达率分别为51.2%(42/82),9.8%(8/82),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIF-1过表达在不同分化程度及是否伴有淋巴结转移上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HIF-1阳性组与阴性组2年生存率分别为64.3(27/42),82.5(33/40)。结论 HIF-1过表达促进食管癌发生、发展并且与食管癌的预后密切相关。
