摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术剔除子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法选取2012年8月—2013年3月在该院就诊的58例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,回顾分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者在术后住院、使用止痛药情况、排气以及术中出血轻快,都显著优于对照组,两组疗效效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,且并发症发生率低,具有广泛推广的临床价值。
Objective To investigate and compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery and conventional open surgery for removing uterine fibroids. Methods 58 patients with uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital from August, 2012 to March, 2013 were selected as the subjects, and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The clinical efficacy be-tween the two groups was analyzed retrospectively. Results The postoperative hospitalization, use of painkillers, exhaust and brisk bleeding of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences between two groups in the effect were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is quite effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids with low complication rate and a value of wide promotion in clinical practice.
