摘要
"心肾相交"是中医学中的一个重要概念,它维持了人体水火交通既济的平衡,对于维持人体脏腑功能之间的平衡协调发挥了重要作用。文章对《伤寒论》中以"心肾不交"为基本病机的方证进行系统梳理,主要有黄连阿胶汤证、猪苓汤证、栀子豉汤证、桂枝加桂汤证、附子泻心汤证、吴茱萸汤证等6种,以期对临床有所裨益。
Interaction of the heart and kidney is an important concept in traditional Chinese medicine. It not only supports the balance between fire and water, but also plays an important role on keeping the balance and harmony between the function of five-organs. In this arlicle, we summarized the formula patterns about non-interaction of the heart and kittney in Shanghanlun, which mainly includes Huanglian Ejiao Decoctlion （ Coptis and Donkey-Hide Gelatin Decoction ） Pattern, Zhuliang Decoction （ Polyporus Decoction ） Pattern, Zhizichi Decoction （ Fruetus Gardeniae and Fermented Soybean Decoction ）,Fuzi Xiexin Decoction （ Aconite Heart-Draining Decoction ） Pattern, and Wuzhuyu Decoction （ Evodia Decoetion） Pattern, and so on. The atiele will make benefit to the clinic.
