摘要
学术期刊要适应社会和科学技术的发展需要,就必须有与之相适应的创新型学术期刊编辑部。建设创新型学术期刊编辑部需要重视的主要方面有:选好专职主编或总编辑,从而保证学术期刊的学术质量与学术影响力;配置结构合理的编辑人员,并形成和谐有效的高素质编辑团队,这是学术期刊具有生命力的重要因素;学术期刊编辑要具备科学传播精神,并把学术期刊编辑部办成开放型的学术团队,这是学术期刊具有生命力的源泉。
To adapt to the social and technological development , an innovation-oriented editorial office for academic periodicals is in bad need .In the process of establishing such an office , the following aspects are especially important：to select a full-time editor or an editor-in-chief so as to guarantee the quality and influ-ence of the academic periodical;to form a team of staff who are of high qualification and efficiency so as to en-sure vitality of the academic periodicals;to cultivate the scientific spirit in editorial work and develop the edi-torial office into a team of academic openness , which is the origin of power for the academic periodical devel-opment .
