摘要
探讨成人包皮环扎术使用重组人表皮生长因子(金因肽)对临床治疗效果的影响。通过对中南大学湘雅三医院2013年5月-2013年7月间的60例成人包皮环扎手术随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各30例,试验组使用金因肽治疗,随访3个月进行疗效观察比较分析。试验组术后伤口疼痛评分显著低于对照组,试验组包皮水肿消退时间、伤口愈合时间较对照组时间显著缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。得出的结论是在成人的包皮环扎术中使用金因肽效果良好,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor （rhEGF,Shenzhen Watsin Genetech Co., Ltd） on wound healing of adult foreskin cerclage. Methods Sixty male adultsperformed foreskin cerclage surgery were randomly divided into rhEGF experimental group and control group,with each of 30 cases. We observed the curative effect during follow-up of 3 months. Results Pain score in theexperimental group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Time of edema withdraw andwound healing in experimental group were significantly shorter than that of control group （both P〈0.05）.Conclusions rhEGF is of great use for recovery of adult foreskin cerclage and is worth promoting in clinicalapplication.
