摘要
为使整车燃油消耗达到国家新阶段的节能惠民限值要求,需要对整车进行排放升级和经济性提升。采用整车轻量化、更换低滚阻轮胎及增加启停系统的手段来提升整车经济性,运用cruise仿真软件对建立的模型进行计算分析,并通过实车试验验证了节油措施对提高整车经济性的贡献。在保证汽车舒适性与操纵性等性能不变差的情况下,通过运用节油措施使整车综合循环工况(NEDC)油耗共降低0.53 L/km。
Economic performance of complete vehicle should be improved to achieve the limit value of complete vehicle fuel consumption which is stipulated in China national new stage energy-saving preferential policy. Reducing weight of complete vehicle, replacing low rolling resistance tire and adding a stop-start system to improve complete vehicle economic performance is introduced in this paper. The model establishment is derived using cruise software, using energy-saving method to improve the economy performance is validated with a tested vehicle. In the case of ensuring the stable comfort and control ability of complete vehicle, taking energy-saving measures to allow fuel consumption reduced 0.53 L/km in NEDC is achieved.
