摘要
为满足煤矿等支护用锚杆钢较高的强度和韧性,以及螺旋肋外形尺寸精度的要求,利用低合金原料和低碳高锰合金原料,采用轧后余热处理和热轧的工艺方法,成功开发出具有高强度和高韧性的矿用螺旋肋锚杆钢筋,满足了煤矿对支护用锚杆的性能、外形要求,为矿用锚杆提供了新的选择。
In order to meet the requirement of high strength and toughness of anchor bolt for supports in coal mines and the precision requirement of spiral rib outline dimension, reinforced bar for spiral rib anchor bolt with high strength and toughness was successfully developed by utilizing low alloy raw material ,low carbon and high manganese alloy raw material and adopting processes of hot roiling and post-rolling waste heat treatment. The requirement of property and outline dimension by anchor bolt for supports in coal mines was met. A new choice is provided for mine-used anchor bolt.
