摘要
目的观察培元通脑胶囊治疗肾元亏虚、瘀血阻络型缺血性脑中风的临床疗效。方法将204例缺血性脑中风患者随机分成两组,各102例;在两组口服阿司匹林肠溶片基础上,治疗组口服培元通脑胶囊,对照组口服安慰剂,疗程6周。结果治疗组总有效率为81.37%,对照组为74.51%;两组临床疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组证候积分均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组积分降幅大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论培元通脑胶囊治疗肾元亏虚、瘀血阻络型缺血性脑中风疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule＂ in treating ischemic cerebral apoplexy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis pattern. Methods Two hundred and four cases with ischemic cerebral apoplexy were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 102 cases in each group. Both the groups were treated with Aspirin Tablets orally. Treatment group was treated with ＂Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule＂ additionally, and control group was treated with placebo, with the course of 6 months. Results The total effective rate was 81. 37 % in the treatment group and 74.51% in the control group, without significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After treatment, symptom scores were reduced in both groups markedly （ P 〈 0.01 ） , and its reduction in treatment group was more than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Peiyuan Tongnao Capsule＂ has positive effect on ischemic cerebral apoplexy of kidney deficiency and blood stasis pattern.
