摘要 空气泄漏检测仪广泛应用于密封产品的密封性能检测,是非常重要的密封性能检测设备。该文主要介绍了差压式空气泄漏测试仪的工作原理及仪器组成。现有检测仪中,电磁阀控制难以实现两腔同时充放气,电磁阀发热不同导致的温度差异对测试也有较大影响,为解决此问题,设计了一种新型气动阀组,文中详细介绍了该气动阀组的结构及工作原理。 Air leak tester was widely used in leakage testing of enclosed products. The article mainly introduced the components and working principle of differential pressure type air leak tester. The most testers in currently existing used solenoid valves, should not Inflation and deflation at the same time was the biggest problem, temperature difference also influenced the result of the test. In order to resolved this problem, The new air operated valve was designed. The article introduced the structure and the working principle in details.
