摘要
航空发动机尾气静电传感器空间灵敏度受诸多因素的影响。文中就尾气静电传感器空间灵敏度进行研究。建立静电传感器数学模型,并应用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS计算静电传感器的空间感应电势和电场。系统地分析了不同轴向位置和径向位置的静电荷以及不同探级半径、介质介电常数和介质厚度对静电传感器空间灵敏度的影响。为尾气静电传感器灵敏场的均匀分布和结构优化提供理论依据。
Aero-engine exhaust gas electrodynamic sensor spatial sensitivity is affected by many factors. This paper studied on the exhaust gas electrostatic sensor spatial sensitivity. Mathematical model of electrodynamic sensor with different geometry size is built, and calculate the space induction electric potential and electric field of electrodynamic sensor using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The effect of static charge of different axial and tangential coordinate and different radius of electrode,dielectric constant and dielectric thickness on spatial sensitivity of eleetrodynamic sensor are investigated systematically, which provides a theoretical basis for the performance improvement and design optimization of the eleetrodynamic sensor used for exhaust gas .
